About Me

Happily married and blessed momma to 4 kiddos...2 biological and 2 adopted from Ethiopia. I am a work in progress and have a desire to please and serve my Lord and Savior. I fall short daily, but with the grace of God I get back up and try again. I love people who are transparent, who are not ashamed of their testimony or sharing their struggles. Most weeks, I spend a couple of days working in the ER as a nurse. My heart breaks for those who are suffering, whether it be the homeless and hungry, people trying to cope with mental illness, orphans, women and teens finding themselves in a crisis pregnancy, couples going through a divorce, individuals struggling with addiction or victims of human trafficking. I am passionate about serving and loving individuals in need. "God, break my heart for what breaks yours," is a daily prayer for me. I am indecisive most of the time, overwhelmed many days of the week, have periods of anxiety about my kiddos growing up so fast, but love my life and wouldn't change a thing. We each have a journey....this is mine...won't you join me.
